This is the communications tent, or the "geek tent" as it's affectionately known as. The blue six-wheeled vehicle is Priscilla. I will get a very exciting and bumpy ride in her a bit later on.
Life at the HMP basecamp didn't used to be as luxurious as it is now. MRE's were the main staple then. Now we have three exquisite meals a day, courtesy of Mel!
Zan came into the tool shed where I was making my costume. He was soaking wet. He shook watever everywhere, chewed something up and then sat on my bag.
I forgive him though because Zan will fend off any polar bears that come our way.

A twin otter arrived today to drop off a few people who are only staying for 24 hours, and to pick up some equipment to take back.
And the Hamilton Sunstrand suit was on board. Finally!
